Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - most of us at some point in our lives, have difficulty solving a personal problem. EAP is available to all MVT Canadian Bus, Inc. employees and their immediate family members to assist during these times. EAP helps you: achieve Personal Well-Being, manage Relationships and Family, get Legal clarity, get Financial clarity, research Child and Elder Care Resources, address Workplace Challenges, tackle Addiction and understand Nutrition. EAP counselors work full-time to provide this free and confidential service.
Health & Safety – we offer a variety of programs to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
Shower Facilities - our Surrey and Vancouver depots offer on-site showering facilities.
Bike Storage – our Surrey and Vancouver depots offer on-site bike storage facilities.
Leaves of Absence – MVT Canadian Bus, Inc. may offer leaves to assist staff with family obligations, jury duty, getting married, educational pursuits, and other issues (leaves of absence may not always be available).
